Simultaneously with her arrival the department « Finance support of fighting and economic activity of military forces» began to be formed on the basis of the military chair. It was an experimental intake of cadets and a new direction in military education. In July, 2009 there was the first graduation of officers-financiers which were assigned to the Armed forces of the Russian Federation, the Frontier troops of FSB and other defense and law enforcement agencies. The considerable merit in forming of the Finance department belongs to the first chief - major Salomatova E.A.
