Cadets, faculty and employees supported the Olympic torch procession on a length from the Mikhail Godenko street down the Kopylov street.
The event was held in a festive key, everyone felt solidarity, inspiration, and involvement in such a significant occasion for our country!
After end of a meeting of Olympic flame, cadets of SibFU Military Training Center assembled at the MTC materiel ground for participating in command and staff exercises. During these, the following elements were practiced:
- Theoretical practices in organization, preparation and conducting of the exercises were held;
- Employment of combat crews at command point, complex of automation means, and radar stations;
- Taking up field defensive positions and repelling the raiding force assault of an imaginary enemy;
- The position combat security organization;
- Practices at the artillery command observation post were conducted;
- Practices in preparation of artillery pieces for operational employment were held.
The tasks assigned for the tactical exercises were executed in full.
